NewWheels helps organize the request and next steps. It does not approve credit, lend money, set rates, sell inventory or guarantee a vehicle. A participating dealership and applicable lender make those decisions.
1. Start with three short questions
Choose your timing, describe your situation and tell us what kind of help you need. Then provide your name, mobile number, email, Calgary-area status and preferred contact method.
Submitting the NewWheels form does not authorize a credit check.
2. Verify your phone and track the request
NewWheels sends a six-digit code to the mobile number provided. Once verified, the secure portal shows the current stage: Received, Verified, Reviewing, Assigned or With Dealer.
Lost the link? Use the secure recovery page. It requires a fresh phone code before the application link is shown.
3. Complete a human review
NewWheels reviews the information and explains anything missing. A document request appears inside the secure portal only when it is needed, and it includes a plain-language reason.
Do not send sensitive documents through ordinary email or social-media messages. Use the secure upload page.
4. Continue with the dealership step
When the file is ready, one selected Calgary dealership may receive access. The dealership separately obtains any required credit consent and handles lender submissions, vehicle discussions, rates, payments, approvals, declines and contracts.
5. Stay in control
The applicant portal displays the assigned dealership when available. You can also withdraw at any time. Withdrawal stops further NewWheels contact and revokes active dealership access to the request.
Important risks and limitations
- A longer term can reduce a payment while increasing total borrowing cost.
- Negative equity can increase the amount financed and make a future exit harder.
- Insurance, registration, fuel, maintenance, parking and winter equipment affect affordability.
- Vehicle age, condition and lender policy can limit available options.
- No page, form or calculator result is an approval, rate or dealership quote.
