NewWheels is a Calgary-based service built to make the first part of vehicle financing easier to understand. A real person reviews your request, helps you prepare the information needed for the next step, and keeps the process focused on one dealership contact at a time.
NewWheels helps organize the request and next steps. It does not approve credit, lend money, set rates, sell inventory or guarantee a vehicle. A participating dealership and applicable lender make those decisions.
Why NewWheels exists
Vehicle financing can feel confusing when your situation does not fit a simple box. Newcomers, work-permit holders, self-employed applicants, first-time buyers, and people rebuilding credit often need a clear explanation of what information matters and what happens next. NewWheels was created to make that starting point simpler and more personal.
What we help with
We collect the initial information you choose to provide, review the request with you, identify missing items, and help prepare a complete file for the next step. We also give you one clear point of contact instead of sending your information to a large list of dealerships.
What we do not do
NewWheels is not a dealership or lender. We do not choose your lender, quote your financing rate, negotiate a vehicle, approve or decline financing, or prepare the final contract. The dealership separately obtains any required credit consent and discusses the available vehicle and financing options directly with you.
Who we help
NewWheels currently focuses on Calgary and nearby communities. Applicants may start a request if they have bad credit, limited Canadian credit history, self-employed income, a work permit, bankruptcy history, a consumer proposal, or simply want help understanding the process.
Privacy and control
Starting a request with NewWheels does not itself authorize a hard credit check. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Terms, and you may withdraw at any time. We do not sell your application information or broadcast a completed file to multiple dealerships.

Important risks and limitations
- A longer term can reduce a payment while increasing total borrowing cost.
- Negative equity can increase the amount financed and make a future exit harder.
- Insurance, registration, fuel, maintenance, parking and winter equipment affect affordability.
- Vehicle age, condition and lender policy can limit available options.
- No page, form or calculator result is an approval, rate or dealership quote.
