NewWheels collects information needed to review and progress a vehicle-financing request. A completed file may be shared with one participating dealership at a time for the requested purpose. Applicants can withdraw, but exact retention and deletion periods are not published until the legal retention schedule is approved.
Information is used to verify the request, understand the situation, identify missing information, communicate securely and support a controlled dealership handoff.
