NewWheels collects information needed to review and progress a vehicle-financing request. A completed file may be shared with one participating dealership at a time for the requested purpose. Applicants can withdraw, but exact retention and deletion periods are not published until the legal retention schedule is approved.
Information is used to verify the request, understand the situation, identify missing information, communicate securely and support a controlled dealership handoff.
Authorized NewWheels staff and, when the file is assigned, one participating dealership at a time. Additional parties may become involved through the dealership's own financing process and disclosures.
Applicants can withdraw through the secure portal. Withdrawal stops the NewWheels process and revokes active dealership access in the NewWheels system. It does not erase actions already taken independently by a dealership or lender.
A deletion request can be raised with NewWheels, but the final verification process, legal exceptions and retention schedule require formal legal approval. The website does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.
NewWheels uses applicant information to provide the requested process and controlled partner handoff. It does not describe applicant information as a general data product for sale.
Withdrawing through the NewWheels portal revokes active dealership access in the NewWheels system.
A request can be raised, but legal retention requirements and the final deletion procedure must be reviewed before an outcome is promised.
